What service are they using to ship?
Also, are the units insured with the shipping service?
UPS and FEDX seem ok where I am, but USPS is pretty incompetent.
Ok, I see that they ship UPS ground. Still fuzzy on whether the shipping charge includes insurance. I emailed the company, no response yet. Possibly, Iām being a little impatient.
