Hi Allex,
Do you have a link to the ANT BMS you used? I would like to find a data sheet on it.

Hi, it is 300A version
Thanks. Were you able to find a manual or any other documentation for it? I’m coming up dry with my searches.
You can ask the seller for it. I have a few things from them.
Hi there 1066. I really like your carrier and would like to make one myself. Do you think you can share a drawing with dimensions please?
Regards,
Gregory
Hi, Gregory!
Do you have a V1 or V2 frame?
Bill
Thanks for the responce Bill,
I have the V2.
Greg
Gregory,
Here is a link to my OpenPPG SP140 V2 Atom80 photo album. I added the pictures of the V1 foam board carrier model to the end of the album. Unnecessary parts were “X’d out”, and a hand drawing of the added parts for the V2 frame added with measurements. Sorry about the rough drawing, but I am really slow with CAD. Basically, I placed the V2 on the V1 carrier, made measurements and decided where to weld the new tabs and where to drill the 3/8" holes for the second set of pins. Those photos are in the album too. Since the bottom of the V2 frame is so shallow from front to back, I always use very strong bungee straps from the frame to the hitch to help stabilize the V2 frame on the carrier. Small ratchet straps will work too. Take a look at the gas can carrier that I built too. I really like it!
I hope this helps.
Bill
