My APD controller died. I’m looking for a fully functional replacement
Have you reached out to APD? Paul pointed me their direction when I sheared off one of the terminal bolts. They do handle repairs on those units – Though the shipping can be a bit painful since they’re in Australia. I paid more in shipping than the actual repair. But I’d imagine a repair would be cheaper than buying another if it’s fixable (even used ones are $$$).
Matthew did a fantastic job repairing mine, coupled with re-doing the thermal paste/pads & performing end-of-line tests to ensure everything was OK with the unit before sending it back.
