I must confess a bit of disappointment with this video, because I was expecting to see scenes of the Egyptian desert around the Santa Katerina monastery on top of the original Mount Sinai, or at least what passes for it. Some archeologists propose that the real Mount Sinai, aka Horev, is actually in NW Saudi Arabia. I wouldn’t mind seeing that trip, either, perhaps having launched from Eilat, Israel. But the title of this video was misleading, and the flight was just one more example of the “follow the seacoast” genre. Oh, well…
