Hey guys and gals, I figured let’s start a general hang check thread so it’s easier for us new to the SP get some feedback on our setups.
I’m 6’2" 215# and using the 1 hr battery and added the Iris PPG prop adapter so my prop is about an inch away from the motor hub. Here’s some pictures from my hang check this afternoon. I used my phone’s GPS app which has a level indicator, I set the phone on top of the motor bell housing with the help of a friend. After moving the adjustment ring back 2.5" to get a 8° of up angle. The adjustment ring front edge is 9 5/8" from the gooseneck end using a soft tape measure. The original adjustment ring front end was 7 1/8".
