Can someone tell me how to charge my batteries with solar panels?
What do I need to buy to be able to do that?

I’ve considered the same and I have 300 watts of solar panels on the roof of my RV and a 1kw inverter and 130Ah 12v lithium battery but this is inadequate to charge my SP140 at fly-ins. The charger draws 1000w from any inverter so if you need a miniumum 1200 watt inverter plus either enough solar panels to continuously supply 1200 watts, or enough battery storage capacity to match the battery you are charging so about 400AH of 12V batteries or less if solar charging at the same time. I used a small Honda 2K inverter generator, it worked perfectly.
You can just trim down the charger so it draw less. Dial the trim pot down for the amps inside the charger, so it charges the pack with 1A for instance. Or just get another charger that is slower than a stock one.
