Red Caution Icon on Hand Controller

Brand new power system.

I charged the battery, then hooked it up to the ESC/BMS and the controller.

I turn the Main Power on. I hear tones and the hand controller comes alive.

I short press and then press and hold. A red exclamation icon flashes in the middle of the screen and the controller vibrates, then both stop.

EDIT: Turns out the white throttle ‘peg’ was ever so slightly depressed, even with having actuated the system several times prior. I physically ‘pulled’ on the white stick and while it didn’t feel like it moved, the error stopped happening.

Leaving up for posterity.

Ya if the throttle is pressed down while initiating arming it won’t allow the motor to be armed as you have found.

By the way what frame do you have that mounted on it looks cool?

The exclimation point on startup is from the throttle being slightly engaged. When i got mine, the throttle lever was sticking on when released. I took it off and filed it so it was free to move.

My lever was fine, but apparently the little white ‘peg’ was slightly engaged, or perhaps hung up by the pointy end of the spring.
