Too many PPG pilots are not able to repeatedly land on a post stamp size LZ if their motor decides to quit at higher altitudes.
Learning the moves starts with free-flying and a lot of practice. It can be done by climbing a few hundred feet, turning the SP140 OFF and committing to landing without relying on power to adjust the glide. Start with a large target, 20’ in diameter or so and reduce its size overtime. This video is a bit extreme but will give you and idea about the approach phase and decision making at low altitude if the motor decided to go on strike at the wrong time and place. Landing on a large open field is one thing but it may not be as easy on a impromptu restricted LZ.
