Pouch cell battery had a physical shock, can I still use it?

After a slip on my but and ground hit with the frame, the two cells on the side had visible courners pressed and one had a voltage drop so I’ve took them out. Then I saw other two cells with leaks in the middle of the pack.

Battery is custom 24s 30Ah 2.66kwh semisolid lithium.

And I know you guys flew pouch cells on the four motor eppg maybe someone had similar situations.

My question is, if I change these four cells and there is no apparent damage or voltage drop to the other cells, can I safely use the rest of the pack?
Can there be internal damages inside the cells without them being shown by the outside structure or voltage? Do the other cells look ok to you? Do I really have to trash this pack after 18 cycles/flights? :frowning: I should have protected it better..
Thank you!

Leaking for sure I would not. Small deformation I think you have to make your own call but I dont think I would. I think you need a heavier/thicker container.

Cheers

The deformed and leaking cells will be replaced by new ones. What about the rest of the cells that don’t show any signs of damage, should I continue to use those?

Are you using a smart BMS monitoring all cells?

I’m balance charging the pack, all cells to same voltage so no bms. Works good, but the low voltage cell is after the bump that deformed its courner.
