very good cells for applications such as laptop, technical equipment, emergency storage systems, etc. . not suitable for high current applications.

With the smaller size you could probably get up to a 15p pack and spread out the max discharge over more cells.
At 5amp per cell, on a 24s15p pack you could pull 75amps for decent cruise power but not much climb power.
I would think you want at least 100a discharge for a usable pack
