You could call this the “Home Depot Paramotor”…this wrong on so many levels…flat out outrageous in my humble opinion. I tried to warn Ebay many times/ways this should not be sold. Crickets. If someone is stupid enough to actually buy and manages to get this off the ground (unlikely) I think it would end very badly. Anybody have any ideas on how to stop this guy? I pre-apologise if they are on this forum. 
You can report the item or seller to eBay, I did saying this item was a scam sale and is dangerous as an aircraft if it would even fly. Go to the bottom of the listing and find “report”. Any actual PPG pilot would see this and run away, however unsuspecting newbies could be snagged.
