You’re probably right, my plastic inside the bullet connector was burned which is probably the root of the problem.

Most definitely looking forward to seeing how your BMS soft switch goes. I may have to hold off on adding the connectors and go with the BMS soft switch as well seeing how I too have a batch 2 battery without Bluetooth.
