Does anybody know what is approximately to hand touch the temperature for the OPENPPG X4 with 2, 4,and 6 batteries. I ran the four motors on the ground at full power for about one minute, using four 7S and the motors felt very hot to the touch.
Mine don’t heat up at all but I’m running 6s Bonka packs on a Batch 4.
Are you running a Batch 1, 2 or 3 machine on the 7s? Those earlier batches are using higher KV motors so they should be run on 6s packs.
I’m running a Batch 4 on four 7s, I haven’t flown yet but on the ground after testing going to full power for about a minute, the motor feel hot to the touch.
