How to mount goose neck bar attachment

Hello, I am new in this forum and require some advice. I hope that you can advice on how to mount the goose neck bar attachment on the plate structure. All other attachments, like for the legs, have a thread for M4, but the goose neck bar attachment does not. So we wonder how we can mount the goose neck bar attachment to both plate structures?
