They are every other one, like the picture attached

So the way its pugged un there will not work as the ones you have pugged in are actually for the ESC telemetry. Let me see if i can find a better diagram for you.

Use two plugs from each of the four motor controllers. Eight in all. Each motor controller has a third plug attached to it which is not used for the X4 hub.
