Is there any chance that the CAD files at some time will be available as Dwg. Files, wich can be saved from Solidworks. With these files I can open them in AutoCad 2017, save as earlier cad file ,say 2012, then import into Solidworks 2014, extruding as 3D, checking sizing, saving ect.

All good, worked it out myself, downloaded STEP Files imported them into SolidWorks 2014
now I can cnc parts from files
