Anybody familiar with the 6 beep tone from the Esc on the SP140.??? I was clipped in ready to launch this morning just to find out the motor wouldn’t spin up…The throttle shows blue/ armed when I tap and hold …but no prop spin up..Tried disconnecting the battery then reconnecting several but nothing..any ideas???
It sounds like your throttle cable wire plug is either unplugged from your ESC or plugged in incorrectly. It could also be a cable connection issue.
It also sounds like an older version—either V2.0 or V1.0—so it might just be the PWM wire not being fully plugged in, as the motor would make that sound if it’s not receiving a PWM signal.
I have an older version and also had the six tone sounds. As Paul describes it was a loose connection of the cable to the throttle. I reinforced the mechanical anchoring and have been good since then.
