I have been following these guys. I have worked on some motor designs in the past. The concept of fill factor makes sense but the problem with a high power density motor is mostly never the electromagnetics but how to get the most power out of it without thermal issues. My understand is this will only get you 250kw for like 10s and likely the continuous will be more like 80kw (unlike the 200kw mentioned)
