No Reply From Bonka

I’ve emailed Bonka a couple of times over the last two weeks and haven’t gotten a reply. Have any of you been able to communicate with Bonka?

I didn’t try directly contacting Bonka. I waited about 8 weeks for my batteries.

Just FYI that contact is in China. The pack costs on my quote were quite low ($102 USD for 6S 10,000 mah) but the shipping was $156 for six packs, and that was the cheapest possible shipping.

I received a defective cell in my battery. With the help of Openppg folks I got a replacement, but it took a couple of months. All Bonka would say was, “all our batteries are tested many times before being shipped”. I wasn’t happy with their customer service.
