It depends on the pilot’s weight and wing used. If the pilot weighs only 90 lbs., it’s possible with a wing that the pilot is at the bottom of the rated weight range. If, say a 165 lb. pilot tries to launch with only 75 lbs. thrust (half of what the 22X10 props produce) I seriously doubt it can be done from level ground.
